Niagara Falls Craft Distillers Ltd.

On October 5, 2024, Niagara Falls Craft Distillers Ltd. filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (“OSB”) and became effective on the same day. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) of the bankrupt estate subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors (the “FMOC”). The FMOC will be held on October 22, 2024, at 11:30 AM (Toronto time).
