Karen Aylward CIRP, LIT Senior Vice President

Karen is a Trustee and Senior Vice President with MNP’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery group in St. John’s / Mount Pearl and surrounding areas. Karen has returned home to Newfoundland and Labrador after starting her career with MNP in Edmonton.

Karen offers recovery and insolvency services to consumers and companies in financial distress. She works with clients under various structures, including limited companies, partnerships, secured and unsecured creditors and sole proprietors, as well as individual consumer debtors.

Experienced at finding practical solutions to financial difficulties, Karen consults with and advises clients on their options and helps them approach their financial difficulties with confidence. She is skilled at supporting clients in a number of industries, such as construction, manufacturing, forestry, oil and gas and hospitality. Karen provides services in asset preservation and realization, monitoring, restructuring and viability assessment and helps her clients assess their options to help get them back on track financially.

Karen is a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and Trustee in Bankruptcy. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Memorial University in Newfoundland.
